They seem to have the intention of providing the customer with something they are happy to come back to. The Downside
The operation of the site hasn't thrown up any quirks that we don't like. Our only negative is that the spreads can be a bit strong in some cases, that means its difficult to find value but from time to time we do have a bet with them.
